White line in wheels is not in mod because game dont make difference between soft tires with white line and normal tires without it. In online races game not work with different threads.
Modify any tbc file is FALSE that allow make difference between type tires in online mode and it have mismatch and you will see white lines in wheels inclusive raining races, very irreal, so dont modify any file.
